The most expensive properties are in Tier 5, you are in the top 5%.

Tier 4 Property - Luxury Residential Properties (Top 15%)
Very expensive properties fall into this category usually with massive gardens, 6 car garages and amazing hillside views.
Tier 3 Property - Large Family Home
A pretty expensive large property on the safest side of town, 2 car garage and a large garden, and a lot of room for moving.
Tier 2 Property - Small Home
A nice little place on the quiet side of town with a 1 car garage and a small cozy garden, it isn't much but it can make anyone fairly happy.
Tier 1 Property - The Hood Shack
A home is a home, its in the worst part of town and a lot of things are damaged, but you'll survive.
Tier 0 "Property" - Homeless
