Tier 5

Tier 5 Neighbourhoods are the best types of neighbourhoods these are the safest and best maintained and usually have the best views and are in the best parts of the city.

Tier 4

Tier 4 Neighbourhoods are very safe and have amazing hillside views, they usually have hillside views and consist of high end apartments and family houses.

Tier 3

Tier 3 Neighbourhoods are your average neighbourhoods with family homes and apartments, pretty safe and a decent area to live in.
